An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join a well-established and expanding architectural practice based in Northamptonshire. This position offers the chance to work across a diverse range of high-quality residential and commercial projects within a collaborative, design-focused studio.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and comprehensive construction packages

* Support the development of design proposals, ensuring they are practical, buildable, and fully compliant with current regulations

* Collaborate closely with internal project teams to achieve deadlines and uphold high-quality standards

* Liaise with consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies as required

* Undertake site surveys and attend site visits or inspections

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, industry updates, and best practice

Key Requirements

* Demonstrable experience in a similar Architectural Technologist role

* Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology

* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

* Solid understanding of UK building regulations, construction techniques, and technical detailing

* Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills

* A proactive, methodical, and solutions-driven approach
