About the Role

We're looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing professional services business. Working from modern offices in Northampton, you'll be part of a company that values initiative, celebrates hard work, and genuinely invests in personal and professional development.

In this role, you'll work closely with internal specialists and senior leadership, supporting the smooth delivery of services to a large and varied client base. You'll be the first point of contact for many incoming enquiries and will play an essential part in maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries confidently, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
  • Managing day‑to‑day client communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Preparing clear and tailored quotations, supporting the full process through to conversion.
  • Coordinating tasks across the team to ensure projects progress smoothly.
  • Producing and reviewing professional documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Escalating more complex queries to internal specialists where needed.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across operations and accounts to ensure seamless service.
About You
  • Has strong customer service or client support experience.
  • Is confident on the phone and able to manage enquiries professionally.
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in the accuracy of their work.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting wider team objectives.
  • Ideally has experience handling or reviewing architectural plans, technical drawings, or construction‑related documents (not essential but beneficial).
  • Brings fresh ideas and isn't afraid to suggest improvements to processes and systems.
