Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 plus bonus (OTE Year 1 £ 40,000+)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00 (no weekends)

Job Function:
Customer Service

• Communicate with customers and suppliers
• Develop and follow up enquiries
• Identify customers’ parts requirements
• Sourcing suppliers and web research
• Improve product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
• Accept and process customer orders
• Customer/supplier liaison
• Work with key accounts
• Customer and product support – dealing with customers’ queries/issues

• Customer service/sales experience
• Aptitude and interest in learning technical parts
• Computer literate – basic Word and Excel knowledge
• Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework
• Excellent telephone and e‑mail communication skills

• Monday to Friday 08:00‑17:00

Due to a retirement, the client is looking to hire a Parts Advisor to work in a team of four, providing parts advice to existing clients needing replacement parts for their commercial/plant vehicles.
