Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established construction company based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused professional who enjoys taking ownership of project costings and contributing to successful project delivery.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, managing project budgets, and supporting a wide range of construction projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and cost plans
Managing the tender process and producing competitive quotations
Conducting risk assessments and value engineering reviews
Collaborating with commercial and operational teams
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Taking ownership of the cost planning process for project proposals
Attending site visits when required Requirements

Previous experience working as an Estimator within the UK construction sector
Experience managing tenders and producing detailed cost estimates
Background working with a main contractor or cost consultancy
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
