This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, with some construction experience, to join a growing, well‑run construction business operating across brickwork and scaffolding packages for major house builders. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth plans, this role offers stability, variety, and clear long‑term progression.

The contractor delivers brickwork and scaffolding packages for leading residential developers across Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding regions. With modern offices, a strong commercial structure, and turnover in excess of £10 m, they are privately owned, financially stable, and focused on sustainable growth rather than aggressive expansion. Off the back of a successful year they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their Commercial team.

You will support and manage the commercial aspects of multiple live projects, covering measurement, valuations, cost control, and final accounts. This is a fully office‑based role with regular site visits to support valuations and project delivery.

• Measuring and estimating construction works
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Attending site meetings and monthly valuation visits
• Liasing with construction professionals

• Quantity Surveying experience
• Construction background
• Hard‑working, committed and wanting to progress
• Commutable to Northampton daily
