Nursery Practitioner - Northamptonshire; Temporary

Position: Flexible Nursery Practitioner - Northamptonshire (Temporary)

We are currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our growing supply team, supporting a range of welcoming nurseries and early years settings across Northamptonshire, including Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas.

This role is perfect for practitioners who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a real difference to children's early development.

What the role involves:

Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
Supporting children's learning through fun, engaging activities
Following EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Stepping in confidently to support different nursery settings
Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

What we're looking for:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or relevant experience)
A genuine passion for working with young children
A good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
