Position: Qualified Social Worker – Court Team - Children in Care
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £38ph
Contract Type: Full-Time and on-going contract

We are currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Court Team within the Children in Care Service in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner with strong court experience to work on complex cases and achieve positive outcomes for children.

• Undertake assessments, Child in Need and Child Protection work
• Manage a caseload in line with statutory responsibilities and local authority procedures
• Prepare high-quality assessments, reports and care plans
• Contribute to court work, including statements, care proceedings and attending hearings
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
• Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with policies, procedures and legislation
