We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our growing R&D team in our Northampton office.
This is a key role supporting the Operations Manager and Head of R&D with the onboarding of new clients. There will be opportunity for internal progression and professional development on other tax reliefs such as patent box & video games and we are able to provide relevant study support if required.
Key responsibilities- Joining the Head of Department on client onboarding calls/pitches, both on Teams calls and in-person site visits
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients, including:
- Sending out engagement terms
- Liaising with clients to schedule project start dates each year
- Organising and filling the pipeline of work for the Technical Analysts
- Requesting internal and external financial information from TC Group Partners and clients
- Contacting clients for feedback after project conclusion
- Updating referring Partners from TC Group on progress of key clients
- Building relationships with clients & TC Group Partners
- Use internal CRM systems to record, track, and maintain key client updates
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not necessary
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate responsibility for managing personal workload
- Previous experience of working with clients and offering a high level of client care preferred
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build strong relationships and generate repeated work / new referrals
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently
- Charismatic, self-motivated, with a high level of self-awareness
- Genuine care for clients, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in your work
- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
