Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5PM
- £28,000 per annum.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

An established and expanding professional services business is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Relationship & Operations Coordinator to join their team in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client communication with operational coordination and takes pride in delivering a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage incoming enquiries and oversee day-to-day client communications.
- Prepare accurate and tailored quotations based on architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Proactively follow up with clients to support engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate internal workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide operational and administrative support to senior leadership.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation using Microsoft Office.
- Liaise with internal departments, including technical and finance teams, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Experienced in client services, account coordination, or customer relationship management.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and confident working with technical documentation and drawings.
- A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Collaborative in approach, with a positive and solutions-focused mindset.
