Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Northampton for a Commercial Partnerships Executive. The role involves managing relationships with commercial partners, ensuring efficient follow‑up on partnership opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships, coordinating sponsor activations, and supporting the commercial team to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications
    Strong skills in commercial acumen and expertise in commercial management
  • Proficiency in following up and building relationships with partners
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour
  • Customer service experience and a proven ability to deliver high‑quality partner experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in the sports or events industry is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related discipline are desirable
