Deputy First Line Manager

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Deputy First Line Manager to join us at our Daventry 535 site. You'll play a key role in supporting the First Line Manager and lead a dedicated team within our DC. Your mission? To ensure the smooth flow of products through the warehouse, meet KPIs, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a full‑time, permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday
, covering the hours of 14:00 till 22:00.

• Assist the First Line Manager in managing daily operations and team performance
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and SOPs
• Drive continuous improvement and identify areas for process enhancement
• Maintain focus on quality and efficiency to meet KPIs

• Previous experience within a fast‑paced warehousing or supply chain environment
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
• Resilient under pressure and able to use your own initiative
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
