As our Estimator, you'll support the Estimating team by assisting with the processing of incoming enquiries, creating and maintaining contracts on our operating system, and communicating with customers and manufacturers. You will naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and have fun along the way.

• Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; use spreadsheets and mass data to help drive estimating and business decisions.
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service in all communications with customers and manufacturers.
• Manage incoming emails and phone calls professionally and politely.
• Work regularly with spreadsheets and databases, ensuring processes are maintained and reviewed in line with business requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with branches, suppliers, and customers.
• Prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines in line with set timescales.

You're passionate about customer‑first ethos, have an innovative and proactive approach to problem‑solving, enjoy working collaboratively with the Estimating team, and thrive on delivering excellent support to customers and manufacturers.

• Previous experience in an Estimating environment.
• Clear communication and ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Computer literate, proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (VLookup/Pivot tables are beneficial).
• Some knowledge of Plumbing and Heating industry is beneficial but not essential.

It is highly likely you will have an interest in working in any of the following roles and/or markets:
Buying, Category, Commercial, Construction, Contract Administrator, Contracts, Customer Service, Estimating, FMCG, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Negotiation, Plumbing & Heating, Procurement, Retail.
