We are currently looking for an experienced Number 1 Race Mechanic working within the Motorsport or automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have a professional, forward thinking, and positive approach to managing all aspects of Ex‑F1 Race Car strips/re‑builds, and workshop activities. Great communicator with a can do attitude and confidence under minimal supervision with strong attention to details.

• Maintain and present Show Cars in line with the company instructions.
• Deliver car build requirements in accordance with build schedules.
• Ability to actively seek solutions to problems.
• Work in collaboration with the Build Manager ensuring all workshop standards are met, lessons learned, first time right mindset.
• Support Build Manager with Health & Safety compliance, ensuring workforce comply and follow standards.
• Ensure that the facility is run efficiently to the highest standards.
• Hands on approach and good work ethic.
• Presentable with attention to detail who takes pride in their work.
• Team player with a passion for motor sport.
• Working in a Motorsport or Automotive Environment.
