Known for their collaborative approach and attention to detail, they specialise in complex refurbishments, structural alterations, and premium new-build developments.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller / Site Administrator to join the team on a project based in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and has strong document management and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company procedures.
* Ensure documents are correctly logged, distributed, and archived using project management systems.
* Maintain accurate document registers, transmittals, and revision control.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing documentation between the site team, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Provide general administrative support to the site management team.
* Assist with meeting coordination, minute taking, and action tracking.
* Support site processes including inductions, records management, and filing systems.
* Ensure document control systems remain organised and up to date.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Document Controller, Site Administrator, or similar role, ideally within construction or engineering projects.
* Aconex experience is essential.
* Procore experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
