Morrisons are looking for a Fleet / Operational Support Administrator. £27K.
To work Monday to Friday 9.00‑16.30 and to provide high quality operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Regional Transport General Manager.
Primarily will be based out of SV2 as a location. Potential travel if required to meetings at other sites in the area. Jobs will include supporting the Regional GM with fleet admin, reviewing data, and collating data so someone with good Excel knowledge would be beneficial.
Roles and Responsibilities Fleet Support & Administration- Track fleet utilisation across sites, highlighting inefficiencies, under‑use, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Transport GM in delivering KPIs, service standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Support sites in resolving operational queries, escalations, or data issues that impact service performance.
- Assist in the coordination of regional meetings, audits, operational reviews, and project activities.
- Gather, analyse, and maintain transport operational data, including cost, service, safety, and performance indicators.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports (OTIF, DIFOT, utilisation, MPG, claims, cost‑to‑serve, etc.).
- Update dashboards and scorecards to support informed decision‑making at site and regional level.
- Provide insights and commentary to highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Track optimisation changes, ensuring sites adopt required processes and reporting is updated accordingly.
- Assist with preparing materials for reviews, including benefit tracking, performance summaries, and change documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Experience in transport operations or fleet management (desired but not essential).
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and transport management systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and solutions‑oriented.

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
