The Role

I am looking for a proactive and adaptable administration assistant to join an independent firm of chartered accountants based in Northampton. The role involves assisting the office manager and book-keeping manager with day-to-day administration tasks to support the smooth running of the business.

Duties include:

Maintaining our CRM systems (Xero Practice Manager and Iris)
Answering the phone
Greeting clients that visit the offices
Scanning, distribute and shred the daily post (we maintain a paperless office)
Handle out going post
Support the wider team with any ad hoc duties, and chasing clients for information
Assisting with client billing
Assistance with internal reporting

Excellent communication skills – face to face, telephone and via email
Organised & efficient
Adaptable to work in different manners and with different software
