What you’ll be doing
Greeting visitors, coordinating with on‑site teams, and ensuring a professional first impression.

Managing incoming calls, parcels, meeting room bookings, and general front‑of‑house duties.

Coordinating temporary staffing bookings, timesheets, and related invoices.

Raising purchase orders and maintaining stock of office essentials.

Supporting facilities, housekeeping, and health & safety tasks.

Assisting with basic social media activity to promote the business.

Handling ad‑hoc administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.

What you’ll bring
Fully IT literate with experience using full Office Suite.

Fluent Mandarin

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Confident, friendly, and professional approach when meeting visitors.

Highly organised with strong planning ability.

Customer‑focused mindset.
