Other responsibilities include working closely with the Operations Support Manager on meeting planning and event organizing, providing clerical support to the team, and assisting the Operations Directors and Regional Directors with administrative duties.

ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as an Operations Support Administrator will be to support the Operations Support Manager with effective administration and business functions. You will be involved in various different operational functions as well as managing data systems and facilitating communication between the differing departments. Other responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Operations Support Manager to assist with meeting planning and event organising
- Providing clerical support to the team and, when appropriate other staff, including diary management
- Liaising with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance as required
- Supporting the Operations Directors and the Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking and other administrative duties.

- Hold as a minimum NVQ /QCF Level 2 in Administration or business studies or equivalent qualifications
- Have 3 years administration experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
