Warranty Administrator

About The Role

Sytner Group is looking for a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our prestigious dealership at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Northampton. In this role you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs, submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis, administering recalls, and controlling warranty debt. You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.

Sytner Warranty Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to provide our customers with the highest level of service.

We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience and, ideally, excellent organisational skills, the ability to handle conflicting demands and identify priorities in a demanding environment. Excellentbereit interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues are also a must. Knowledge of the motor industry and the Kerridge system would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Cost, invoice and manage all warranty jobs
• Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims daily
• Administer recalls and control warranty debt
• Ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times
