Our client is looking for a German-speaking administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is primarily administrative, with some basic IT tasks, making it ideal for someone interested in developing a career in IT. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to grow within a high-performing organisation.

Duties:

Providing general support through administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping
Process equipment requests and ensure timely delivery to colleagues
Maintain accurate records of tasks, updates, and user interactions
Liaise with internal teams and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Support basic IT troubleshooting and assist in maintaining efficient IT processes
Use German language skills to communicate with German-speaking colleagues or clients when required

Requirements:

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Previous administrative experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
