Office Administrator & Warehouse Support

We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator & Warehouse Support for our client based locally. This is a maternity cover position from January to November 2026, offering a varied, hands‑on role within a friendly small team.

£12.21 per hour - Fixed‑term maternity cover - January to November 2026

Flexible for the right candidate - availability during school holidays is essential.

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00 - 15:30 (30‑minute lunch break)
• Friday: 10:00 - 15:00 (30‑minute lunch break)

• Flexible, school‑friendly working hours
• Varied role combining office and warehouse duties

• Hands‑on role with day‑to‑day responsibility
• Full handover and support provided

• Accurately processing sales orders and preparing quotations
• Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
• Raising purchase orders and generating invoices
• Creating and maintaining customer accounts
• Booking deliveries and liaising with couriers
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Receiving goods in and managing goods out
• Supporting team members across office and warehouse functions
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and database entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
