Purchasing Administrator – Crick –
Full Time

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things, supporting multiple projects and stakeholders, and who is happy to turn their hand to whatever is needed to keep projects moving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising purchase orders (POs) in line with approvals
  • Supporting invoicing by tracking project status and work completed
  • Procuring and ordering materials for projects
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Chasing outstanding orders and resolving supply issues proactively
  • Contacting client sites to confirm delivery schedules
  • Ensuring project information is accurate, up to date, and visible to the wider team
  • Supporting project managers with general administrative tasks as required
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with suppliers and clients
  • Is proactive and happy to "just get on with it"
  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in doing things properly
  • Has a full driving licence with your own transport; the office is in a rural location near to Crick.
Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative, purchasing or project support role
  • Comfortable using systems and trackers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience creating quotes, raising POs, or ordering materials is beneficial
