Security Officer - PT Credential Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Operate an access control post by verifying identification, managing visitor and contractor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary credentials per site policy, and maintaining accurate access logs;
Coordinate entry and exit of employees, drivers, and deliveries by following dock gate and yard access procedures, confirming scheduled appointments, and communicating exceptions to site contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications, documenting events, and supporting response partners as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, monitor cameras and alarm indicators when assigned, and report maintenance issues and/or unusual activity through required reporting channels
