Security Officer - Part-Time Entry Authorization

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Control access at entrances and gates by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining sign-in-and sign-out logs, and directing visitors, drivers, and vendors to the appropriate areas.;
Monitor shipping and receiving traffic by coordinating check-in and/or check-out for inbound and outbound trucks, confirming appointment or delivery information, and communicating issues to site contacts.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and escalating concerns per site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, yard, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related hazards, noting findings and reporting them per policy.
