Job Title:

Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $17.50

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Customer Service Representative! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Third-Party Logistics (3PL), we want to hear from you! In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and that our customers receive outstanding service. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a crucial part in maintaining positive relationships while juggling various tasks to enhance our shipping process.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

* Experience with Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

* Keen attention to detail, especially in processing orders and managing returns

* Proficiency in using email and tracking systems for timely correspondence

Nice to Have

Skills:

* Familiarity with vendor routing guides and chargeback compliance

* Previous experience in a warehouse environment

* Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management

* Capacity to work collaboratively with various teams and departments

Preferred

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or business is a plus

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting

* Proven track record of successful account management and customer relations

Other Requirements:

* Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain discipline in a work environment

* Flexible and ready to assist team members during peak workload times

* Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management
