Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Telemetry RN) – 12-Hour Night Shift | Northampton, MA 01060 | 13-Week Travel Nurse Contract

Travel Telemetry RN – 12-hour nights in Northampton, MA (13-week travel nurse contract). Active RN license and recent telemetry or acute care experience preferred. Join a high-acuity cardiac telemetry team and advance your telemetry nursing career in Western Massachusetts.

• Position: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Telemetry RN, Travel Nurse)
• Location: Northampton, MA 01060 (Pioneer Valley / Western Massachusetts)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 12, 2026 – July 11, 2026)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract – Travel nurse opportunity
• Unit: Telemetry / Cardiac Telemetry
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910 – $2010
• Local Pay Rate: $80.75/hr
• Openings: 4 Telemetry RN positions available

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts or compact state) — must be eligible to work in MA
• Recent Telemetry or acute care nursing experience preferred (cardiac telemetry experience preferred)
• Telemetry I certification preferred; cardiac rhythm/dysrhythmia competency required
• Ability to complete standard onboarding: background check, health screenings, skills checklist, dysrhythmia exam, etc.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills
• Experience caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations

• Provide direct bedside care to patients with critical or life?threatening cardiac conditions on a telemetry unit
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status (telemetry monitoring)
• Administer prescribed cardiac medications and telemetry?approved drips, following policy and safety protocols
• Recognize and rapidly respond to acute changes, including shock and other life?threatening events
• Assist with emergency and elective cardioversions and temporary pacemaker insertions as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Educate and communicate effectively with patients and families, adapting to diverse intellectual and physical needs
