Registered Nurse – Job Summary The Registered Nurse provides patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN coordinates care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient outcomes. This role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and follows established clinical and organizational policies. Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) Active Massachusetts RN license AHA BLS certification required AHA ACLS certification required Strong technical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Floating:
If floated outside the primary unit, the RN will function as support only (e.g., vitals, IV placement, answering phones) and will not take a patient assignment.
