A highly successful privately owned main contractor is continuing its strong growth and is now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major £30m+ project in Northampton.

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a flagship project from pre-construction through to completion. Acting as the project lead, you will manage all aspects of delivery, working closely with site teams, commercial staff, consultants, and the client.

• Lead the delivery of a £30m+ construction project from start to finish
• Overall responsibility for programme, quality, health & safety, and site performance
• Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business at project meetings
• Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to control costs and manage risk
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards
• Provide accurate progress reporting to senior management

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on £20m+ projects
• Main contractor background essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercially aware and delivery-focused
• Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
