Certification Details
- Performs duties in the following areas:
Medical/Surgical Units, Telemetry, and Joint Replacement Center. - Must be able and willing to work in all departments as needed and directed.
- Expected to take a full assignment on med/surg or telemetry units.
- May be floated as "Helping Hands" in the ED, psych, CCU, Childbirth center, but will not take assignments in those areas.
Job Details
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Must have professional nursing license with primary source verification within 30 days of start date
- MGB Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% passing score
- Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Influenza Vaccine during flu season, Hepatitis B (strongly preferred), TB Test within 3 months of start date, Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days
- Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Criminal background checks and CORI checks as per MGB policy
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
- References and education verification required

- Contract length is 13 weeks
Schedule Information

Unit Specific Information
- MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding (color photo, plain background, no selfies or filters)
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
