Mass General Brigham Pay Range $37 - $54/hour##

Job Description Experience Level:Experienced
• Consistently demonstrate competency with nursing skills according to the legal scope of practice and VNA/Hospice policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively and in accordance with agency requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and infection control practices by compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Participate in all mandatory safety education per VNA/Hospice policy.
• Accept responsibility for professional nursing role.
• Participate in all mandatory education per VNA/Hospice guidelines.
• Assume responsibility to keep informed of current changes and trends in hospice/home care nursing including regulations and reimbursement requirements.
• Meet annual competency and retraining requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of home health/hospice regulatory and reimbursement requirements required.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home care/hospice setting or equivalent experience required.
• Hospice experience preferred.
