Clinical Supervisor, Northampton
Clinical & Support Options, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead outpatient services in Northampton, Western Massachusetts.
Starting Salary: $70,000‑$77,000/year
Responsibilities- Provide direct treatment services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Offer regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians.
- Participate in the hiring process and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Supervise other staff or interns and provide emergency backup for supervisee cases.
- Provide medication monitoring, education, and support to patients and families.
- Conduct psycho‑social assessments for assigned clients.
- Clinical master’s degree with at least three years of experience treating adults and families.
- Three years of supervisory experience (preferred).
- Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
