Guardian Angel Senior Services of Amherst, MA is looking for ideal candidates to join our team for in-home assistance (PCA, HHA,) to our elderly clients across Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties.

Salary: $17-20/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Light housekeeping: vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens, laundry.
• Reminding & assisting clients with pre‑dosed medications.
• Preparing meals while observing dietary restrictions.
• Grocery shopping and errands (not applicable for non‑drivers).
• Transportation as needed, accompany clients to appointments or social activities as part of companionship duties.
• Personal care: showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Training available upon hire.
• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Respectful and compassionate.
• Good time‑management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• COVID‑vaccinated - booster not required.
