Male Therapist – Couples & Men’s Work

Are you a male therapist passionate about helping men and couples create meaningful, lasting change? NCCT—recognized as a leader in couples therapy—is offering a unique opportunity to join a deeply collaborative, growth-oriented team dedicated to relational healing.

We’re seeking a licensed therapist with a strong foundation in systems work and a desire to explore men’s emotional development, intimacy, and relational patterns
. This role includes the chance to design and facilitate men’s groups
—spaces where men can connect honestly, deepen awareness, and grow in their capacity for love and leadership.

Qualifications
  • MA Licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Experience with family, couples, and dyad work, especially men in relationships
  • Interest and experience in group facilitation
  • Commitment to lifelong learning, inclusion, and teamwork
  • Ability to work in person, some evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to attend weekly group supervision/consultation
  • Competence in online systems, include Zoom, EHR, Google Workspace, and Slack
