We are looking for an experienced&detailed
Senior Management Accountant to join our Finance team.
Whatyou’llbe doing
- Ownership & review of full monthly P&Ls for 220+ dental practices and support centre units.
- Manage and mentor team of 3 direct reports.
- Ensure all NHS income is reconciled back to contracts and revenue is recorded on a delivered basis in line with the relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing commentary where required.
- Ownership of allocated balance sheet accounts.
- Ownership and commentary on the monthly associate pay.
- Support Finance Business Partners with analysis as required.
- Ad-hoc project work, and any other work as required by the role.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience managing a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Confident and organised in a fast-paced environment, ever-changing environment.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both to financial and non-financial audiences.
- Good Microsoft knowledge, especially Excel.
- Experience of Sage Intactor a similar accounting product.
