A leading liberal arts college in Massachusetts is seeking a Vice President for Equity and Inclusion to lead initiatives that foster dignity and belonging across campus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in equity work, strong management abilities, and a commitment to women's education. This role reports to the President and entails collaborating with faculty and staff to embed equity in institutional practices.

The salary range is competitive, between $185,000 and $225,000.
