Based in Northampton, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in commercial construction. This includes both ground-up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $1-20M in value size.

Position:
Director of Preconstruction (oversee estimating, business development, and marketing).
MUST HAVE:
- Experience in a high level Preconstruction role or as a Senior Estimator at a GC
- Experience with commercial construction
NICE TO HAVE:
- Sage Estimating experience
- P6 scheduling experience
