Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Toyota Master Certified Technician to join our growing service operation. This role is designed for top-tier technicians who take pride in diagnostic accuracy, efficiency, technical mastery, long-term stability, respect for their skill sets and the ability to work at a high level without unnecessary obstacles. $80,000 - $175,000+

Available up to $7,500 based on experience and certification(s)

• Current Toyota Master Technician Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently on complex repairs
• Team mindset with professional approach to the trade
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
