This is not a standard graduate scheme.

It is a carefully designed five-year pathway that combines real client experience, cross-functional business mastery, deep AI capability, and fully funded professional qualifications — all within a fast-growing ERP and technology consultancy.

From day one, you will work on live client projects while developing expertise across finance, IT development, project management, sales and marketing — all enhanced by structured AI training.

By Year 3, you will specialise.

By Year 5, you will be professionally qualified, commercially experienced, and positioned as a future leader.

NOTE:

We are also considering applications from A’Level students who can demonstrate outstanding potential. For such candidates the programme shall include a fast-track apprenticeship.

• Real Client Responsibility:
  Work on ERP implementation and transformation projects from your first year.
• AI Embedded Across Everything:
  Through our Finsys AI Lab & Delivery Framework™, you will learn how AI enhances finance, delivery, development, and commercial performance.
• Accelerated Specialisation:
  After two years of structured rotations, you will choose your pathway: AI-Enabled IT Development & Architecture, AI-Driven Finance & Accounting, AI-Powered Sales & Marketing.
• Fully Funded Professional Qualifications

  • PRINCE2 / APM
  • CIM
  • Cloud & AI certifications

Unlike traditional schemes where progression can take years of waiting, this programme is structured around clear milestones:

• Years 1–2:
  Foundation & AI mastery across disciplines
• Year 3:
  Specialisation and advanced responsibility
• Years 4–5:
  Chartered qualification and leadership development

Bonus:
Up to 5%

Year 2 – Associate Consultant

Title:

ERP & AI Associate Consultant

Bonus: 5–10%

Year 3 – Specialist Consultant

Title:

AI-Enabled Specialist Consultant

Bonus: 10–15%

Year 4 – Senior Consultant

Title:

Senior AI-Enabled Consultant

Bonus: 15–20%

Year 5 – Chartered Specialist / Engagement Lead

Title:

Chartered AI-Enabled Consultant

Bonus: 20–25%

Post-Year 5 Progression (Regional Leadership Track)
