Join our team as a Senior Store Assistant – Keyholder. As a store owner‑level role you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience, supporting staff, handling deliveries, opening/closing the store and supervising teams.

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with purchases and projects
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock and keep the store clean and organised
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short‑term supervisory cover
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers, encouraging sales and loyalty
• Maintain high store standards and a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff

• Friendly personality and high energy to engage customers
• Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to teamwork
• Previous retail or supervisory experience, preferably as keyholder or team leader
• Accountability – willingness to take charge when needed
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask the right questions
