An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a growing, ambitious organisation with a global reach, located in Northallerton. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering creative and data‑driven marketing campaigns across events, membership offerings, and digital platforms.

• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, managing copy, design, automation, testing and optimisation
• Create engaging, on‑brand content for email, websites, social media and marketing materials
• Manage and optimise websites and landing pages to improve engagement, conversions and user experience
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time, within budget and to brand standards
• Support the creation of marketing materials for events, membership initiatives and campaigns
• Track and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights to improve engagement and lead generation
• Contribute to brand development and wider marketing projects, supporting continuous improvement
• Work closely with Sales, Events, Operations and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and current digital trends
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms
• Website content management experience
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Basic understanding of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
