A Senior Structural Engineer is required to join an engineering consultancy on a permanent basis in North Yorkshire. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for producing structural designs and providing support from feasibility through to construction stage delivery across a variety of projects and sectors.

• Producing structural designs and providing support from feasibility through to construction stage delivery across a variety of projects and sectors.
• Developing and producing appropriate, cost effective and sufficient structural designs that meet client and stakeholder requirements by collaborating within a multi-disciplined team.
• Providing construction stage support.

• Hold a Civil or Structural Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• Be a Chartered Engineer (or working towards chartership) with an appropriate institution.
• Have significant experience working within an engineering design consultancy on building structures.
• Be confident in leading small to medium-sized projects.
• Produce designs in concrete, steel, masonry, and timber using UK Standards and Eurocodes.
• Be proficient with Tekla Structural Designer (TSD), AutoCAD, Revit, TEDDS, Excel, and NBS specification tools.
• Have experience delivering RIBA-staged projects, writing structural condition surveys and reports to tight deadlines, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Possess a full UK driving license.
