Construction Supervisor

Construction Supervisor needed in Northallerton Paying £22.02 per hr  Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and highways maintenance activities across multiple sites
• Oversee multi‑trade teams and ensure works are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards
• Manage site resources, documentation, permits, and health & safety records
• Lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings and contribute to project planning
• Liaise effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and risk management procedures
• Line‑manage operatives, provide support, and encourage skills development
• Support quality assurance and resolve issues promptly on site
• Participate in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota as required
• Travel independently throughout North Yorkshire using a company or own vehicle
