Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and dynamic administrator to join the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). CRHTT are based at North Moor House, Northallerton and provide Urgent/Crisis mental health services for people aged 18 and above in the Hambleton and Richmondshire area. The team base is easily accessible by car and parking is available. This role is at the heart of a dedicated and caring team and is pivotal in day-to-day operations.

You will work in an open plan office within a busy environment where no two days are the same.

As part of the administration team you will work closely with the medical secretaries, Consultants and other colleagues, supporting them to maintain high standards and ensure they have everything they need to provide the best possible care for service users.

All staff have regular 1-2-1s, quarterly supervision meetings and an annual appraisal, with opportunities to discuss achievements, challenges and aspirations. Staff recognition is important, with schemes such as Greatix and Star Award highlighting outstanding work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CRHTT, medical secretaries, Consultants and colleagues to ensure high standards of care.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in a busy, multi-tasking environment.
  • Contribute to efficient office operations and help maintain service user records and communications.
  • Support colleagues in delivering timely and effective administrative services to facilitate patient care.
  • Collaborate with other teams in the building to support coordinated care delivery.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Experience in NHS or other health care is not required.
  • Demonstrates passion for people, customer service experience, and strong organisational skills.
  • Interest in working in a health care setting with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment, communicate confidently, be thorough, and build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
