Description

We are seeking an Apprentice Accountant to join our team! You will gain valuable hands-on experience while pursuing a qualification in accountancy. Alongside your AAT qualification, you will be introduced to areas such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, year-end accounts, tax returns, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of limited company and sole trader accounts
• Management of business and Self-Assessment tax filings
• Completion and submission of VAT returns
• Liaising with clients and producing management reports
• Conducting bank reconciliations and balancing sheet items
• Undertaking bookkeeping tasks
• General payroll duties

Key Requirements

• Keen to pursue an accountancy qualification and eager to learn
• Experience with Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
