Counterbalance & Pivot Forklift Driver

40 hours per week, 11am - 7pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance & Pivot Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse/manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are key.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods across site, supporting production, warehousing, and dispatch operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

• Operate Counterbalance and Pivot (Flexi/Bendi) forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload vehicles in line with company procedures
• Move stock to and from racking locations accurately
• Support goods‑in, despatch, and internal stock transfers
• Carry out daily pre‑use equipment checks
• Ensure stock is handled and stored correctly to avoid damage
• General warehouse duties
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations

• Valid Counterbalance and/or Pivot/Flexi forklift licences (in‑date and accredited) – training on one or the other can be provided
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and accuracy with stock control
• Flexible and able to respond to business needs
