We are now looking to welcome a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join us in providing on-the-day treatment and urgent care services.

• Provide on-the-day clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute presentations
• Support patients with minor illness, urgent needs, and exacerbations of long-term conditions
• Play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction
• This role is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week across five days. However, applications for a job share arrangement will also be considered
• The salary for this role is negotiable and will be dependent on the candidates level of experience.

• A qualified and registered Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in primary care or urgent care settings (desirable)
• Confidence in independent prescribing and decision-making
• A compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented approach

We are a well-established teaching practice, committed to supporting the development of future healthcare professionals. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the training of medical students and GP registrars, working in a collaborative environment that values learning and continuous improvement.

The Role: You will work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to:

• Provide on-the-day clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute presentations
• Support patients with minor illness, urgent needs, and exacerbations of long-term conditions
• Play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction

• Experience in primary care or urgent care settings (desirable)

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Depending on experience £26.50 - £32.00 per hour depending on experience
