• Competitive compensation $30-$80 per class based on attendance (+ bonuses)
• 2-4 hours of consecutive blocks (no more sporadic bookings, or 1-class per day)

We are looking for certified fitness professionals to lead Orange theory group classes. Our coaches are the heartbeat of the studio. They educate, energize, and empower members while creating an inclusive and engaging experience that keeps people coming back.

• Leading members through pre designed Orange theory workouts on the treadmill, rower, and weight floor
• Coaching proper form, technique, and movement modifications for all fitness levels
• Creating an engaging, motivating, and safe class environment
• Educating members on heart rate based training and the science behind Orange theory
• Building relationships and supporting members in setting and achieving goals
• Working closely with the sales team to guide new guests through their first workout experience
• Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after class
• Contributing to a positive studio culture as a team player

• Looking for evening and weekend availability!
  • Current Group Fitness or Personal Training certification
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
• You MUST be a certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer we also accept Kinesiology Degrees
