Job Description
OverviewMulti-Sport Coaches are responsible for implementing and overseeing the Private Coaching Collective curriculum across a variety of youth programs. These programs include elementary school daytime and after-school programs, Spring, Winter, Summer, and Pro-D camps.
Responsibilities- Teaching the basic skills of a variety of sports (Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, Tennis, Rugby, Football, Volleyball, and more)
- Assist in creating a positive, nurturing environment for all participants
- Effectively manage all groups, regardless of age, level, or focus
- Keep all athletes safe
- Teach, assess, and correct form of Fundamental Movement Skills
- Assist in set-up and take-down of equipment for gym sessions and field sessions
- Other duties assigned by Program Advisor
- Independent and forward thinking (can make changes on the fly)
- FUN, outgoing, high-energy
- Professional, Punctual, and Reliable
- Access to a vehicle
- Comfortable talking to groups
Note: Many of our Multi-Sport Coaches are students or graduates in Kinesiology and Education Programs
