Our North Vancouver client, in the industrial sector, is recruiting for an Inside Sales Superstar.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries that are walk in and on the phone and email
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
- Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support Outside sales reps
- Study industry and product trends
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service or parts/industrial distribution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be good with numbers and product skus
- Technically minded with an interest in industrial systems, engines and equipment
- Work well individually and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems
