Cobs Bread (Independent Franchisee) under HC Foods LTD is looking for a Bakery Manager to work at their North Vancouver store. The business is in need of a Bakery Manager in order to accommodate expanding needs of the business.

Salary: 44.72 hourly / 40 hours per week

Languages:

English

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years
On site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting:
Urban area, Bakery

• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Implement price and credits policies
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Supervision: 5-10 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility

• Computer and technology knowledge:
  Point of sale system
• Word processing software
• Electronic mail
• Spreadsheet
